GENERAL QUESTIONS

Empire Bathrooms is owned and operated by licenced builder Enzo Giallonardo and licenced plumber Michael Carn. Having both worked in the building and plumbing industry continuously since 1995, they have specialised in bathrooms since 2007.
This extensive experience gives Empire Bathrooms unrivalled knowledge and skills in providing quality products of which we know, use, and feel confident in recommending to others.

2. How do I know if stock is available?

Empire Bathrooms holds a large amount of available stock (not including made to order products such as vanities or shavings cabinets or baths and mirrors). However, as we work with several suppliers, at times certain items may be out of stock or unavailable. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative option or provide a refund.

3. How soon is my order despatched?

Upon receipt of your order Empire Bathrooms will contact you to advise an expected delivery date.

For items held in stock, despatch will occur within 2 business days.

4. Do you delivery Australia wide?

Currently delivery of all tapware, accessories, showers, sinks and basins are available Australia wide.

Large items, including vanities, shaving cabinets, mirrors and baths are currently delivered to NSW, QLD and VIC only. Should you be located elsewhere, please contact us at shop@empirebathrooms.com.au and we will be happy to see if we can get a particular item to you.

5. How much is delivery?

For all tapware, accessories, showers and sinks delivery is FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE on all orders over $99.00.

For large items including vanities, shaving cabinets, baths and toilets, rates are calculated at the time of purchase using the shipping calculator.

6. Can I collect my order from your Dural Warehouse?

Collection can be arranged from our warehouse, simply select “Pick Up” when placing your order. Please wait our instructions on your order being ready for collection before attending.

7. What warranty applies?

All products supplied come with the relevant manufacturers warranty.

Should you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us so can help facilitate the lodgement of a claim with the relevant manufacturer.

8. What payment methods are available?

Payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.

9. What is your returns process?

10. Are your items Watermarked and meet Australian Standards?

All items sold by Empire Bathrooms are supplied from reputable partners of which are all Watermarked and meet Australian Standards. It is the responsibility of the consumer to have all items installed by a licenced plumber or trade’s person. Any items not installed by a licenced plumber or trade’s person will void any claims for warranty.

Turned up when they said they would, and the showroom staff were patient and helpful with us when we were selecting fixtures and fittings. You can believe their reviews, we researched extensively before deciding and everything we read and heard suggested that Mike and his team would do a professional job, we were not disappointed.Lydia was most helpful during the design stage and Keegan and his team of tradesmen were totally professional. They arrived on time, the standard of work was excellent, they kept us informed during every stage accommodating any late changes and making suggestions re positioning of fixtures before going ahead, nothing was a problem. They arranged drop sheets before starting and cleaned up at the end of each day, no loud radios, no swearing, just a pleasure to have on site. He would move mountains and earths for you, in my case he traveled to different Bunnings 7+ times just to get the right barn door handle for me.
