Enzo and his team renovated both our bathrooms. From the initial meeting with Michael and from there he made the decision to proceed with Empire Bathrooms very easy.The whole process from the quote to Lydia helping us choose the fixtures and fittings which really did take the stress out of the process.The added benefit of having their own showroom and being able to see exactly the products you are buying.The Empire team from the tradespeople to the administration were all friendly, helpful, very courteous and more importantly professional.So lucky to have Heath as the main tradesman who was so particular and nothing left to chance and happy to change things when owners change their mind, never have I seen a tradesman clean up like he did every day.Michael orchestrated the whole process with calmness and made sure any little concerns we had were fixed immediately.We certainly would full endorse Empire Bathrooms for anyone contemplating doing any form of renovations to bathroom or laundry.

We used Empire Bathrooms to renovate our super dated 20+ years guest bathroom and we couldn't be happier.We had 4 different builders over to give us a quote, and Enzo sent us the quote within 1 day while others took 5-14 days, yes, 14 days!Back to Enzo, he is absolutely brilliant; he is very responsive to your questions and messages, and just being super easy to deal with. He would move mountains and earths for you, in my case he traveled to different Bunnings 7+ times just to get the right barn door handle for me. Where else can you find a builder like this?Erin from the office is also very helpful and friendly, we visited their showroom to choose the accessories and she couldn't be more helpful getting the us the right items within our budget and offer suggestions.Everyone in Enzo's team is just amazing, Daniel, Ethan, Keegan, Darren, Steve and Grant. A linen cupboard taken out to give the Bathroom more space.
