The tradies working for Empire (special mention to the tilers) are among the best we've had - always respectful of our house and excellent workmanship. They were able to suggest different design ideas based on their experience and made it all work. Small additions along the way were accommodated with no problem. Turned up when they said they would, and the showroom staff were patient and helpful with us when we were selecting fixtures and fittings. Nothing was a problem, and all the people who came on-site were respectful. As others have indicated, they kept mess to a minimum and consulted us about details so we ended up with exactly what we wanted. Communication was great, Enzo kept us informed of what would be happening and was available without issue if we had questions. You can believe their reviews, we researched extensively before deciding and everything we read and heard suggested that Mike and his team would do a professional job, we were not disappointed.Lydia was most helpful during the design stage and Keegan and his team of tradesmen were totally professional. They arrived on time, the standard of work was excellent, they kept us informed during every stage accommodating any late changes and making suggestions re positioning of fixtures before going ahead, nothing was a problem. They arranged drop sheets before starting and cleaned up at the end of each day, no loud radios, no swearing, just a pleasure to have on site. Mike called on site regularly to make sure we were happy with the progress, we cannot fault his service and attention to detail.End result we have a fabulous en-suite with the best shower ever !!!

We used Empire Bathrooms to renovate our super dated 20+ years guest bathroom and we couldn't be happier.We had 4 different builders over to give us a quote, and Enzo sent us the quote within 1 day while others took 5-14 days, yes, 14 days!Back to Enzo, he is absolutely brilliant; he is very responsive to your questions and messages, and just being super easy to deal with. He would move mountains and earths for you, in my case he traveled to different Bunnings 7+ times just to get the right barn door handle for me. Where else can you find a builder like this?Erin from the office is also very helpful and friendly, we visited their showroom to choose the accessories and she couldn't be more helpful getting the us the right items within our budget and offer suggestions.Everyone in Enzo's team is just amazing, Daniel, Ethan, Keegan, Darren, Steve and Grant.
