Enzo and his team renovated both our bathrooms. His professionalism, advice and work ethic of his team was outstanding.Not experienced in renovations myself, I wasn't sure about what was possible, layout, fittings etc. Enzo walked into our bathrooms and gave excellent suggestions and helped us design really functional bathrooms that look fantastic.Through the up and downs of lockdowns Enzo was always there to answer questions and send the team around as soon as they were allowed back in. We were so fortunate to find Empire Bathrooms to re do our bathroom and laundry. From the initial meeting with Michael and from there he made the decision to proceed with Empire Bathrooms very easy.The whole process from the quote to Lydia helping us choose the fixtures and fittings which really did take the stress out of the process.The added benefit of having their own showroom and being able to see exactly the products you are buying.The Empire team from the tradespeople to the administration were all friendly, helpful, very courteous and more importantly professional.So lucky to have Heath as the main tradesman who was so particular and nothing left to chance and happy to change things when owners change their mind, never have I seen a tradesman clean up like he did every day.Michael orchestrated the whole process with calmness and made sure any little concerns we had were fixed immediately.We certainly would full endorse Empire Bathrooms for anyone contemplating doing any form of renovations to bathroom or laundry.

We used Empire Bathrooms to renovate our super dated 20+ years guest bathroom and we couldn't be happier.We had 4 different builders over to give us a quote, and Enzo sent us the quote within 1 day while others took 5-14 days, yes, 14 days!Back to Enzo, he is absolutely brilliant; he is very responsive to your questions and messages, and just being super easy to deal with. He would move mountains and earths for you, in my case he traveled to different Bunnings 7+ times just to get the right barn door handle for me. Where else can you find a builder like this?Erin from the office is also very helpful and friendly, we visited their showroom to choose the accessories and she couldn't be more helpful getting the us the right items within our budget and offer suggestions.Everyone in Enzo's team is just amazing, Daniel, Ethan, Keegan, Darren, Steve and Grant. Loving our new bathroom! Had three quotes but liked Michael immediately after first meeting him. It took me a while to decide on even the tap fittings, but Michael was very patient! His team were great to have in our home, every one of them courteous and efficient, clearing up each day and no loud music! Mike and his team renovated our bathroom and laundry, and added a new toilet in Nov 2017 and I can't recommend them enough. They completed the job in 3 weeks as promised, were on time and have fabulous customer service!!! It was so easy because they coordinated all trades. Can't wait for them to start our kitchen reno next week!!

Extremely professional and courteous. A trade working every day so massive progress quickly. Dust and dirt part of the demolishing process so sheets were put down to save our carpet. A linen cupboard taken out to give the Bathroom more space. A very exciting process made easier by humour, good natured workers and attention to detail.I was high impressed with the whole process and feel very satisfied and happy to be recommending this company. Empire Bathrooms renovated our main bathroom last year (2016) and we were so happy with their work we have just had them back to renovate our ensuite. Dealing with Michael and his team was a pleasure. Michael is prompt to answer any queries and nothing is too much trouble. The team he employs are professional, courteous and most importantly great at their trade. They actually finished our ensuite in 2 weeks which was fantastic.
